- All metal fascia has 2 nails at each end of every piece
- All fascia is nailed 2 nails every 2 feet
- Shall not warp more than 1/2” in an 8’ measurement
- Shall not cup more than 1/4” in a 6ft run
- Shall not have cracks or splits exceeding 1/8”
- Cornice should wrap the corner
- No nail stain on trim
