Baseboards



• Baseboards are 5/8” above the slab. Where vinyl flooring is applied, baseboards are lowered to 1/8" AFF.
  
• Corners at 45-degree Joints are mitered and pin nailed. (23 gauge nail)
  
• he baseboard is secure against the wall with no gaps.
  
• No Butt Joint corners all baseboard corners are mitered.
