Top-Out Tubs
- All clips for tubs and showers have been installed and tubs are secured.
- Tub walls are flush with the base of the units, felt is installed under the tub.
- All tub protectors have been placed in tubs.
- Tub cavities are sealed with concrete (under base).
- All dirt and debris are cleaned out from behind the tub.
- No excessive scratches or defects on the tub.
- Tub spouts are stubbed out at 28" AFF
