• All stacks and supplies are installed in the correct locations according to (plumbing plan C-5.1).
  
• Supply lines on exterior walls must sit 2 1/2” MIN from the slab edge.
  
• All stacks that need to be insulated are insulated using NOMA 5/8” Therma Cell Insulation.
  
• No brass fittings have been used.
  
• All connectors are crimped.
  
• All lines in an exterior wall are insulated.
  
• Betenbough Spec for sewer lines is 1/4” drop per linear foot. Code Requirement 1/8" fall per Linear foot.
  
• No connections in or below slab.
  
• Supply pressured up and is holding pressure.
  
• Water service line from water meter to the mechanical closet to be 1” in all regions.
  
• All Manifolds are minimum height of 16" above finished floor.
