Paint Type & Application

  • One cohesive coat is used for all surfaces.
    • WALLS: PPG Steerhide Acrylic Eggshell 
    • CLOSETS/TRIM: PPG Select Acrylic Semi-Gloss Enamel
    • PRIMER: PVA Primer.
  • Front and back doors are painted to match cornice color.
  • Ensure texture blemishes are knocked-down prior to painting.
