Paint Finish
- Paint shall not have excessive color variation.
- Paint shall cover all intended surfaces so that unpainted areas shall not show through the paint when viewed from a distance of 6ft or greater.
- Interior caulking shall not deteriorate or crack through the completion of the home.
- No raw wood in the garage around the overhead door.
- The bottom side of the window sills has been painted.
