Caulking



• Baseboards are caulked to the wall continuously with no gaps.
  
• Interior caulking shall not crack or deteriorate creating gaps.
  
• Closet and pantry shelves are caulked, filled, and sanded smooth.
  
• Windows and sills are caulked.
  
• All trim joints should be mitered and pin nailed.
