Grading & Cleaning
- The final grade is compacted to building code specs
- Dirt piles on the home site have been knocked down
- All trash is picked up
- Any weeds have been removed
- Any excess dirt/rocks have been hauled off (not moved next door)
- Concrete work is undamaged
- Yellow Gas line marker should be removed after grade and cut BELOW the yard grade
- Orange conduits should be cut 2" ABOVE the yard grade
