Drainage
The grade is sufficient to drain:
- FRONT/BACK: min 1” drop to every 8’ run
- SIDES: min 1” drop every 5’ run
- FRONT/BACK: min 1” drop to every 8’ run
- Each side of the home drains away from the home
- Confirm site elevations and swells are correct based on the engineered drainage plans
- Drainage may go to the alley and street or just street
