- Roof sheathing is smooth and secure, with staggered joints and no rises or buckling.
- Laid from bottom to top.
- Decking clips installed between panels at 24” intervals.
- Ridge Gap should not exceed a Maximum of 1/2"
- Decking should be spaced 1/8" gap at seams for expansion
- Nailing pattern is 6" on perimeter and 12" in field.
- Gaps in sheathing at the ridge are avoided.
