- Tile height shall not vary in an amount equal to or exceeding 1/8” displacement (lippage)
- A surface imperfection shall not be visible from a distance of 3’ or more in normal light, this includes chips/cracks
- Floors in living spaces that are not designed for drainage shall not have pits, depressions, or unevenness that equals or exceeds 1/2” in any 10'
- Excessive hollow tiles are NOT allowed
- Tile shower are required to be sealed at all cement board seems with Red Guard or equivalent.
