- The energy certificate is attached to the breaker panel in the garage
- Breakers are all labeled and the box is mounted correctly
- Make sure there are a few blank breaker spots
- All breakers except the dryer are switched on
- Breaker type and size of circuits determined per electrical code
- Ensure electrical breakers are provided by listed approved suppliers
- Do not mix breakers from different brands, all must be from the same brand
- Breakers are the same brand as the installed electrical panel
