VAPOR BARRIER 

• The whole home will requires a vapor barrier to be installed (Excluding Garage)
  
• Vapor barrier is required to me a minimum of 6 Mill Polyethylene plastic 
  
• Vapor Barrier must go to the perimeter footing
  
• All overlaps in minimum of 12" at each seem 
  
• All vapor barrier seams are required to be taped with approved tape (Flashing tape or Stego Tape)
  
• All plumbing penetrations are required to be taped
