• Rebar size and location to be determined from (slab foundation detail D-1.8) in plan set.
  
• Grounding rod located per (slab plan C-2.1) in plan set.
  
• All rebar is to be placed within 1/2” tolerance of details.
  
• Secure rebar with wire ties. (Every other intersection per plan.
