• Dirt brought in cannot have rocks larger than 1” in diameter.
  
• Fine grade is free from dirt clods.
  
• Compacted sand fill is used where required in (D-1.8 slab foundation detail) in the plan set.
  
• Footing is cleaned off BEFORE pour.
